Scoil Mhuire TY Project

Scoil Mhuire TY Project

Scoil Mhuire TY Project with High Street Service - March & April 2018 Transition year students from Scoil Mhuire, Trim have been working with Prosper Meath’s High Street service in Trim during March and April on an awareness project. The school was running a competition, whereby each group had to work with a local charity and raise awareness about the issues they encounter. Prosper Meath decided that they would create a display in one of the derelict premises in the town. The students and service users created a display on the old Spicers shopfront which highlights the efforts made by local businesses/services to be more accessible (left window) and also gives information to others about how they can make their business more accessible (right window). Congratulations to the group who came in third place and received a cheque for €50 which will they will present to Prosper Meath, Trim. Back to Notice...
